This role is pivotal in connecting finance to operations - turning financial information into meaningful insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting planning for growth and sustainability.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operational and professional services team
Deliver high-quality financial insight, reporting and analysis to support strategic and operational decision making
Budgeting and forecasting process for your business areas, ensuring robust financial plans are developed and maintained
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding, performance and accountability
Month-end reporting and variance analysis
Requirements:
A qualified Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
A proven track record of delivering finance business partnering within a complex organisation
Strong analytical skills and Excel capability
Pro-active, problem solving approach and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
