Job Description
Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way. Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives. Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling. DO GOOD. Work for Movember. Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it): As one of our Finance Business Partners, you'll be the financial heartbeat behind some of Movember's most important work. You'll partner closely with senior leaders and P&L owners across the business, giving them the reporting, analysis and financial insight they need to make smart decisions, move fast and stay accountable. From monthly performance reporting and variance analysis through to budgeting, forecasting and year-end support, you'll own your patch end-to-end. But this role is about more than numbers. You'll be a trusted partner who translates complex financial data into clear, compelling stories, helping to build financial literacy across the teams you support. You'll monitor budget performance, facilitate the annual budgeting cycle, manage ongoing forecasting, and ensure month-end and year-end processes run smoothly for your business units. Whether you're working through a tricky audit schedule, stress-testing a forecast or jumping on an ad hoc global project, you'll bring the same calm, commercial thinking every time. You'll also play a key role in keeping the business honest, supporting compliance with financial policies, identifying risks early and making sure the right documentation is in place. With a global remit and stakeholders across multiple time zones, you'll need to be adaptable, organised and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift. Most importantly, you'll care deeply about what all of this is in service of. Because when our finances are sharp, our impact on men's health gets sharper too.
