Job Responsibility:
Act as the lead finance business partner for Portugal, providing timely P&L insight and commercial advice
Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis to drive business performance
Evaluate investment cases, managing pricing and commercial strategies with clear financial recommendations
Create concise management reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leaders
Improve financial controls, ensure data quality and reporting processes
Coach colleagues and non-finance partners to strengthen finance partnering capability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field and/or a professional finance qualification (for example ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or finance controlling
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting business decision making
Proficiency with financial systems and common reporting tools
Good communication skills, English is a requirement
Advance level of Portuguese is mandatory
Right to work in Portugal
Nice to have:
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
Advanced degree such as an MBA or further professional training in finance or analytics
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
Track record of driving process improvements or automation
Experience working in cross functional teams or global organisations
