We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Reporting team and play a pivotal role in delivering highquality financial analysis, oversight and reporting to support informed decision making across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering highquality financial analysis, oversight and reporting to support informed decision making across the organisation
Support operational and leadership teams through insightful financial reporting, accurate reconciliations, funding oversight, and compliance with aged care regulatory requirements
Partner closely with the business, identifying opportunities for process improvement, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in accounting, with a minimum 3 year’s experience in a wide range of accounting / finance functions
Extensive experience processing, reconciling and reporting on high volume complex financial information
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial information
Demonstrated well developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish effective working relationship with a broad cross section of internal and external customers
Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements relevant to the aged care industry
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to determine work priorities and to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
Extensive experience in the use of MS Office applications
Current NSW Drivers Licence

Nice to have:

CPA or CA qualified (or progressing towards)
Previous experience in Aged Care with knowledge of Aged Care and Retirement Village Acts
