Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with management and teams across asset support functions

Own joint venture relationships and work with commercial teams and the business to support value outcomes (e.g., value enhancement, cost recovery, alignment on planned activities, delivery of annual operating plans)
Provide support for Joint Interest Billing statements and associated cash calls
Prepare and manage asset master data and authority for expenditure
Manage month-end processes including journal entries, financial and production reporting, and variance analysis
Support and challenge budget and forecast preparation to ensure alignment with leadership and JV expectations
Manage budgets and forecasts while maintaining capital discipline
Actively participate in the Houston Incident Management Team (HIMT) to support response, recovery, and mitigation of business disruptions
Requirements
Degree in Finance and/or Accounting required
Chartered Accountancy or Certified Public Accountancy qualifications and/or Postgraduate management degree desirable
10+ years Finance experience, preferably within the upstream oil & gas sector
Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously and deliver as needed
Commercial mindset including understanding of license agreements, Joint Venture agreements, investment analysis, financing options, Key Value drivers, capital allocation, and business planning process
Ability to influence, collaborate, persuade and negotiate internally and externally
Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP/S4 HANA, Power BI and AI tools preferred
