Job Responsibility:
Acting as a finance business partner to commercial, product, and operational teams to support strategic decision-making
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with business objectives
Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities
Analyzing revenue growth, unit economics, margins, and cost efficiency to support sustainable profitability
Performing variance and bridge analyses to explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Developing scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
Preparing management dashboards and performance insights focused on forward-looking KPIs
Translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Supporting pricing strategies, campaigns, and product performance analyses from a financial perspective
Identifying risks and opportunities through trend analysis and early-warning indicators
Collaborating closely with accounting and data teams to ensure data accuracy while maintaining a strong planning and analysis focus
Supporting ad-hoc strategic projects and executive-level analyses
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance roles
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, unit economics, and key business drivers
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Ability to conduct scenario, sensitivity, and ROI analyses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-looking mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Good command of English, both written and spoken
