Finance Business Partner | 12 Month FTC | Hampshire (Hybrid) | £55,000-£60,000 + 15% Bonus | ACCA/CIMA/ACA. The role's purpose is to closely partner with key operational and project leaders to provide insight on current and upcoming initiatives, guiding them through their numbers and painting an accurate picture to help aid key decision making.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with operational and project leaders, providing financial guidance and commercial challenge throughout the lifecycle of initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for capital spend and project activity
Review and shape investment proposals, building robust business cases and tracking returns
Deliver concise, insightful reporting and analysis that highlights trends, risks and opportunities
Support cost control and performance management to keep programmes on track and within budget
Identify and mitigate financial risks, strengthening governance and controls across projects
Collaborate with wider finance teams to drive consistency, best practice and continuous improvement
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role with strong stakeholder engagement
Background supporting complex projects- specific exposure to manufacturing or cost-centred industries is highly preferable
Able to turn data into practical recommendations that influence decisions
Confident communicator with the credibility to challenge and advise senior leaders
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ownership
Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving organisation
Willing to travel between sites as required

Background supporting complex projects- specific exposure to manufacturing or cost-centred industries is highly preferable
