Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning Analysis
working closely with the wider finance team
acts as a trusted Finance Business Partner to both Charity and Trading teams
providing high-quality financial insight, analysis and challenge that supports strategic decision‑making, effective financial planning and sustainable delivery of the organisation’s mission
support budgeting, forecasting and performance management
ensuring financial risks and opportunities are clearly understood, communicated and managed across the organisation.
Requirements:
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
Experience in providing financial analysis and insight, delivered in a clear and engaging way
Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts and developing financial models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently, deputising for the Head of FP&A when required
Ability to prioritise own work to meet deadlines
Ability to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong IT skills including excel
Knowledge of retail and charity accounting is advantageous
Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date
