Job Description

As our Finance Business Partner, reporting to our Equity Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our KFC South Pacific financial control processes are streamlined and workflows are optimised between our team here in Australia and our newly established global control hub.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in finalisation of workflow/processes between local office and global hub
  • Assist with development of analytical models and reports to improve business insights around equity store performance
  • Handle large data sets from different systems to provide better analysis and context
  • Analyse and explain variances in KFC restaurants and market performance for sales, food, labour, semi-variables and fixed costs
  • Analyse KFC PCA reports and communicate results to Commercial Finance Team and Market/Area managers
  • Assist with building reporting improvements across sales channels and cost centres
  • Ensure KFC systems & tools are utilised effectively by relevant teams

Requirements

  • Inquisitive nature and proactive self-starter
  • Constructive people skills and desire to influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
  • Tertiary qualification (finance, economics, or accounting preferred)
  • CA, CPA or CIMA qualified (or studying towards), highly regarded
  • Commercial experience is highly regarded
  • Strong spreadsheet and systems experience is essential
  • Exposure to process improvement/new workflow implementation ideal
