Job Description

This is a key on-site finance leadership role, partnering directly with the Supply General Manager and cross-functional leaders in operations and supply chain.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the strategic finance partner to site leadership
  • Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Own plant-level financial management, including product costing and standard cost updates
  • Manage working capital (inventory, fixed assets, cash discipline)
  • Drive variance analysis and provide forward-looking business insight
  • Champion governance, controls, and audit readiness
  • Support investment decisions with strong financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
  • Promote financial awareness and commercial acumen across operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • 5–7+ years of manufacturing finance experience
  • Strong background in cost accounting and plant-level financial management
  • Experience in multinational environments with solid governance and control frameworks
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
  • ERP experience (JDE E1 or similar preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and modeling skills
