As a Finance Business Partner - Marketing you will play a critical role in bridging Finance and Marketing. You will work closely with Marketing leadership and teams (Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM, Growth, and Product Marketing) to align financial strategies with marketing objectives and commercial priorities. Your insights will ensure that marketing investments are backed by data, optimized budget allocation, and clear ROI measurement. You will enable data-driven decision-making across acquisition, retention, and brand initiatives, helping the business scale efficiently and profitably.
Job Responsibility:
Own the capital allocation in collaboration with Marketing, supporting decisions on where to invest, scale, optimize, or reduce spend across channels, markets, and initiatives
Partner with Marketing leadership to continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investments
Define and maintain performance management frameworks for Marketing, focusing on value creation, capital efficiency, and return on investment
Establish and run a clear, repeatable performance cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to provide transparency and alignment across the CEO, CFO, Marketing Director, and executive stakeholders
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Marketing leadership, supporting medium- and long-term growth strategies from a financial and value-creation perspective
Partner closely with the FP&R, which is responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, and management reports related to Marketing
Build strong, trusted relationships with Marketing leaders, acting as the primary Finance point of contact for marketing-related performance and investment topics
Requirements:
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate investment performance, returns, and trade-offs
5+ years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally with exposure to Marketing, Growth, or Commercial teams
Proven experience in capital allocation, performance management, and executive-level decision support
Strong understanding of marketing economics and performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel efficiency, cohort analysis, and payback periods
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear executive insights
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
experience with BI tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus
Structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset, with a focus on value creation rather than reporting
Fluent English, written and spoken
Master’s degree (e.g. MSc, MBA) from a leading international university or business school is considered a strong advantage
