Job Description:

Randstad Senior Finance is currently representing a large not for profit organisation who are looking to drive commercial excellence across their operations by recruiting for a Finance Business Partner Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management, coaching and development of a large, mostly qualified finance team
  • Business partnering with senior operational managers in the business
  • Oversight of periodical reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
  • Delivery of actionable insights through analysis
  • Long term financial planning
  • KPI development
  • Delivery of sound financial advice in relation to the wider financial strategy
  • Support the financial system environment through change
  • Change and transformation activities as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience managing/leading a large and diverse finance team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (experience partnering with non-financial/operational leaders is preferential)
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to convert business strategy into meaningful financial insights that drive informed executive decision-making
  • CA
  • CPA or Equivalent
  • Bachelor Degree
