Job Description:

The Finance Business Partner is a key role, directly supporting the Corporate and Operations functions by collaborating closely with three members of ICEYE's executive team: the Chief Financial Officer, SVP Operations, and General Counsel, as well as their respective senior leadership teams. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role is responsible for ownership of Corporate and Operations forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning. A core aspect of the position is applying forward-looking financial judgment to directly influence scaling and investment decisions and supporting critical corporate projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Corporate and Operations’ forecasting and financial reporting
  • Develop robust business and investment cases
  • Own company wide headcount planning consolidation
  • Engage with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the broader Finance organization in reporting, planning, and forecasting
  • Partner with Corporate Controlling to ensure accurate accounting treatment

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 7–12 years of proven experience in financial planning, business partnering, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a hands-on mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in the technology sector or in large-scale technology organizations is considered a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Role based in Espoo, Finland
