Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a Consulting/Audit firm and in a financial controller role
Strong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling

Job Responsibility

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business objectives into financial targets, KPIs, and actionable insights
Support compliance with Italian tax legislation and corporate governance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Support ad hoc projects, including M&A due diligence, cost optimization initiatives, and system implementations
Promote and maintain a collaborative relationship between the Italian business and the Global Finance functions, ensuring seamless cooperation and information flow
