Allen Lane is supporting a Greater London based Council to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner – HRA. This interim role is ideal for a qualified accountant with experience in local government finance, Housing Revenue Account (HRA) management, and medium- to long-term financial planning.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and management of the HRA Finance team
Oversee budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
Support Budget Holders with value-for-money savings and targets
Manage the Medium-Term Financial Plan for the HRA
Improve forecasting processes and ensure statutory and grant returns are accurate and timely
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant
Proven experience in local government finance and HRA management
