Job Description:

Finance and Business Planning is a highly mission driven organization - our mission is to enable Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view towards business problems. It is critical that we operate with an independent and objective perspective, and are experienced representing our point of view to our partners and executive stakeholders. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners, with our responsibility to serve the long term mission and sustainability of Meta Inc. and act as stewards of company resources. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Our promise: you will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility, interaction with product and business leaders, and an opportunity to have a big impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for in-app promotional content and Reality Labs Marketing organizations
  • Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage revenue displacements and marketing spend allocation
  • Build data models and infrastructure to improve core reporting and processes for in-app promotions
  • Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
  • Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, analytics, or a related function
  • BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or equivalent
  • Experience manipulating data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL)
  • Experience in applicable accounting concepts, financial planning, and reporting cycles
  • Experience managing financials with business partners

Nice to have:

  • Experience in marketing, marketing finance or digital advertising
  • Experience with ROI and LTV (Lifetime Value) frameworks to optimize marketing investments
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
