Job Responsibility

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for in-app promotional content and Reality Labs Marketing organizations
  • Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage revenue displacements and marketing spend allocation
  • Build data models and infrastructure to improve core reporting and processes for in-app promotions
  • Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
  • Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, analytics, or a related function
  • BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or equivalent
  • Experience manipulating data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL)
  • Experience in applicable accounting concepts, financial planning, and reporting cycles
  • Experience managing financials with business partners

  • Experience in marketing, marketing finance or digital advertising
  • Experience with ROI and LTV (Lifetime Value) frameworks to optimize marketing investments
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
