The Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team is the strategic engine behind Meta’s bold investments. We oversee the company’s entire budget and drive data-informed decisions that shape the future of Meta and our family of products. As number-crunching innovators, we uncover trends, identify opportunities, and power the insights that guide Meta’s most important strategic choices. At the forefront of this mission is our Infrastructure FBP team. Our investments in infrastructure are foundational to enabling the next generation of artificial intelligence technologies, including super intelligence, we are set to transform how billions of people experience our products and services. We’re looking for a skilled BizOps Manager to join our Infrastructure FBP team. In this high-impact role, you’ll build advanced financial models, develop strategic forecasts, and deliver actionable insights that inform our infrastructure investment roadmap - covering Servers, Data Centers, and Networking. You will do all of this while developing tools, systems, and processes that put AI at the center of it all. Your work will directly influence how Meta scales its infrastructure to support explosive growth in AI, make Super Intelligence a reality, and develop other critical technologies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast infrastructure needs aligned with Meta’s product roadmap
  • Develop a plan to incorporate AI into these models and more broadly into our day-to-day work
  • Provide strategic recommendations for investments in AI-enabling infrastructure i.e. Servers, Data Centers, and Networking
  • Translate complex business drivers into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels
  • Craft thoughtful documents and memos to communicate findings and present strategic insights to finance leadership and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a thought partner to business leaders - contributing your perspective and point of view on the right set of actions to drive the business forward
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in business strategy, finance, strategy consulting, investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience using SQL to synthesize large datasets and inform business decisions
  • Experience driving processes and influencing decision-making across levels and functions (i.e. Finance, Product, and Business)
  • Demonstrated foundation in spreadsheet-based financial modeling, translate open-ended business questions into structured, analytical models
  • Experience in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools
  • Demonstrated experience to build relationships with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI tools like Claude Code and statistical programming languages like R
  • Experience managing Long Range Planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Background supporting research or hardware engineering teams and navigating complex product portfolios
  • Understanding of technical infrastructure or manufacturing industry concepts (e.g., servers, data centers, fiber networks, factory operations)
  • Demonstrated experience to navigate ambiguity, tackle unstructured problems, and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
