We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnering organisation. This role is suited for someone with 4–5 years of professional experience who can work independently on analysis topics, collaborate confidently across Finance and IT, and help ensure that data and systems effectively support business decision-making.
Job Responsibility
Act as a key business contact for the Data Quality team, clearly translating business requirements into data needs and constraints.
Identify, analyse, and document data inconsistencies across systems and processes, supporting prioritisation and resolution.
Track remediation actions and ensure data quality topics are communicated transparently to relevant stakeholders.
Provide business and financial context to IT teams, including process logic, key KPIs, and data dependencies.
Support IT-driven initiatives by gathering requirements, assessing business impacts, and documenting expected benefits.
Contribute to business cases for system enhancements or new tools, including financial and operational considerations.
Assist in evaluating post-implementation outcomes and documenting lessons learned.
Deliver structured financial and operational analysis to support Finance Business Partnering objectives.
Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and scenario support.
Collaborate with Finance colleagues and other business functions to support cross-functional priorities.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or data-oriented role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on complex topics.
Experience translating data into concise insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Confident communication skills across both technical (IT, data) and non-technical audiences.
Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
Experience working at the interface of Finance and IT.
Exposure to data governance, data quality, or reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with data-centric environments.
Curiosity for systems, processes, and continuous improvement.
