As a Finance Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with Regional and Functional Leaders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll influence strategy, strengthen performance, and help our teams deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
Job Responsibility:
Be a trusted advisor to Regional and Functional Leadership, providing financial insight that drives operational and strategic decisions
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes aligned to regional business plans and priorities
Own accuracy and governance across revenue recognition and portfolio-level financial outputs
Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting that tells the story behind the numbers
Champion data integrity, continuously improving the quality, transparency and usability of financial information
Enhance dashboards, tools and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-making
Translate financial frameworks into practical, value-adding operational processes
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a finance or business analyst role, ideally within professional services, consulting or a client-focused environment
Strong financial, accounting and business analysis expertise, with advanced modelling and reporting capability
Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting and revenue recognition
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
A sharp eye for detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
Nice to have:
Qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or MBA (desirable, not essential)
