Job Responsibility:
Drive Strategic Growth: identify new opportunities and operational bottlenecks, actively guiding the business toward high-ROI growth vectors
Optimize GTM Efficiency: partner with RevOps to build systems that measure sales productivity, scale Sales & Marketing investments based on efficiency data
Lead Planning & Resource Allocation: drive the financial operating plan for the Enterprise Sales org, manage headcount planning, quota setting, and compensation design
Streamline Quote-to-Cash: partner with RevOps and Accounting to build a seamless Quote-to-Cash system
Build an AI-Native Function: integrate AI agents and automation into the finance workflow
Requirements:
Analytical Powerhouse: spreadsheet expert who builds complex financial models from scratch
technical skills (SQL, Hex, or similar BI tools) to extract insights from large datasets
Strategic Storyteller: synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives
approachable enough to coach frontline AEs on deal economics

Finance Veteran: 8+ years of relevant experience
4+ years in operational finance and strategy at a SaaS company with deep focus on Sales & Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)
