1+ years of experience implementing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings

Job Responsibility

Act as a Project Manager to design and implement Salesforce-based solutions and applications
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into innovative solutions that exceed expectations
Harness AI technologies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, and others) to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and business processes
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices
Collaborate with departments across Marketing, Partners, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BP, Delivery, and Support
Lead the implementation of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Cloud, etc.) applications, integrating with systems such as Zuora and NetSuite
Drive cross-platform IS initiatives with AI integration to boost operational efficiency
Develop in agile methodology, including user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development
Create technical design specifications and AI integration strategies to enhance processes and business insights
