We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our dynamic team in New Orleans, Louisiana. Job Responsibility:

Assist in managing financial operations, including accounting tasks and compliance monitoring
Support asset management activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
Contribute to strategic planning by providing analytical insights into financial performance
Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of investments in low-income communities
Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Provide administrative support for finance-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
Strong internship up to 3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling
Familiarity with asset management principles and practices
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
