Job Description:

The role involves fund reporting, AI-driven operations, and portfolio engagement at a San Francisco-based VC firm specializing in blockchain, crypto, and fintech.

Job Responsibility:

review and analyze quarterly reports from the fund administrator
reconcile digital asset transactions with blockchain records
prepare and distribute quarterly capital statements to investors
act as the primary liaison for fund administrator relationships
support auditors to ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements
manage audit requests, including confirmations, valuation memos, and transaction support
oversee fund operations and processes
track fund finances and investments in a proprietary portfolio database
respond to finance-related investor inquiries
assist with SPV finance processes and fund tax compliance.

Requirements:

3+ years of accounting experience in investment management (VC, PE), public accounting (audit or tax), or fund administration
proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
interest in crypto, technology, or AI is a plus
CPA or in progress for CPA
prior crypto experience is a plus but not required.
