Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with an established but growing consulting Las Vegas based firm in their search for a Finance Associate. The preferred candidate should have an analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Analytics including evaluating first-day motions, 13-week cash flow analyses, liquidity forecasting, constructing recovery waterfalls, lender update presentations, vendor analyses
Creation of complex financial models including detailed 3-statement financial models, ad hoc analytics, and company valuations
Assisting with the preparation of pitch books and providing thoughtful research and analysis for potential clients
Working directly with senior team members and clients to devise comprehensive solutions to the complex financial challenges across multiple industries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-3 years of work experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, private equity, finance, financial consulting, or equivalent corporate roles with a financial or accounting emphasis
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
