This person will lead the finance support for the People function at Meta, working closely with People leadership. Job Responsibility:
Create business partnerships with leadership within the People Organization (People Operations, Human Resources, Total Rewards & Benefits)
Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights and reporting that will influence key decision makers to allocate resources more effectively
Develop an understanding of cost drivers for both OpEx and Headcount
Help define and implement scalable financial processes
Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
Requirements:
4+ years work experience in finance, accounting or business analytics field
BA/BS in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
Proven track record in evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions
Experience in building cross-functional relationships and partnering with leadership across organizations
Proven analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations
Experience with multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and competing deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience supporting People or Human Resources organizations would be beneficial
Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle EPM
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Experience with Oracle Essbase and SmartView Excel Plug-in
