This role will focus heavily on reviewing outsourced work from fund administrators, overseeing operations across multiple alternative investment products, and partnering cross-functionally with internal teams in a high-impact oversight capacity.

Job Responsibility

  • Review NAV packages and outsourced accounting work from fund administrators
  • Oversee financial operations across alternative investment products
  • Support investor reporting, compliance filings, and annual audits
  • Review expense allocations and monitor managed accounts
  • Partner with finance, legal, investments, and client service teams
  • Assist with operational improvements and oversight processes

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial operations, public accounting, or asset management
  • Experience within private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or alternative investments
  • Strong partnership accounting and technical accounting knowledge
  • Experience overseeing third-party administrators strongly preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • CPA is a plus, but not required
