Job Description

Join our team as a Finance Associate and play a key role in strengthening financial accuracy and cash flow management in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable, along with core bookkeeping and financial reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and a proactive approach to managing receivables and financial operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online and ensure proper classification of transactions
  • Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely collections

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and collections
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed
