Job Description

A truly global firm is seeking a talented and motivated Finance Associate to join a high-performing team operating across major financial centres. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with preferably at least two-four years’ post-qualification experience to step into a role offering substantial responsibility and exposure to complex, cross-border finance work.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with international financial institutions, insurers, debt funds, investors, and sponsors on financing of significant real estate and operational assets
  • Work spans senior and mezzanine structures, preferred equity lending, and a full suite of loan and security documentation
  • Lead on drafting, negotiation, and transaction management
  • Contribute to business development

Requirements

  • Lawyer with preferably at least two-four years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical skill
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage matters proactively and with precision
  • Client-facing
  • Comfortable handling detailed drafting
  • Organised, responsive approach
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • For foreign-qualified candidates, must already have meaningful London experience
