We're recruiting a Finance Assistant to join an ambitious and growing company in the heart of London Bridge. This role offers hands‑on finance experience within a lively, supportive team.
Job Responsibility:
Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval
Processing monthly payment runs
Updating the cashbook on their accounting system
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Handling general enquiries
Preparing commission statements efficiently
Loading sale invoices
Assist with debt collecting
Overseeing the sales statement process
Requirements:
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
Proficiency in using Sage software is beneficial
An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organisational skills and effective time management
