In this position, you will work within a Project Accounting and Controls environment supporting processes across our portfolio of programmes. Job Purpose: To perform and coordinate finance activities, including Bookkeeping & Transactions, Reconciliations, Reporting Support, Data Management and Compliance & Administration.
Job Responsibility:
Processing Cashbooks, accounts payable/receivable, managing invoices, Timesheets and updating financial records
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports, year-end audits
Maintaining accurate financial databases and records using specialized accounting software
Adhering to financial laws, company regulations, and performing general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Software: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to minimize errors
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and dealing with vendors/clients
