Job Responsibility
Transaction Processing: Handle purchase and sales invoices, credit notes, and make sure everything is coded correctly
Bank & Cash: Post bank transactions, keep reconciliations up to date, and assist with payment runs and cash reporting
Month-End: Support accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations to meet reporting deadlines
Intercompany & Controls: Maintain accurate intercompany invoicing, audit trails, and compliance with finance policies
Reporting & Data: Prepare simple reports, check data integrity, and assist with ad hoc analysis
Compliance & Admin: Help with VAT reporting, year-end audits, and keep documentation organised
