Job Responsibility

  • Transaction Processing: Handle purchase and sales invoices, credit notes, and make sure everything is coded correctly
  • Bank & Cash: Post bank transactions, keep reconciliations up to date, and assist with payment runs and cash reporting
  • Month-End: Support accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations to meet reporting deadlines
  • Intercompany & Controls: Maintain accurate intercompany invoicing, audit trails, and compliance with finance policies
  • Reporting & Data: Prepare simple reports, check data integrity, and assist with ad hoc analysis
  • Compliance & Admin: Help with VAT reporting, year-end audits, and keep documentation organised

  • Conduct daily revenue audits, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in line with company standards
  • Reconcile reported revenue against actual income and investigate discrepancies or irregularities
  • Implement corrective actions and strengthen controls to prevent recurrence
  • Monitor costs, analyse variances, and drive cost control initiatives to optimise expenses
  • Maintain supplier data, pricing, and product specifications in Adaco
  • onboard new suppliers
  • Train hotel teams on Adaco usage and review system reports for purchasing and inventory accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Collaborate across departments to gather and validate financial data
  • Review and update SOPs to ensure compliance with internal policies
