Job Responsibility:
Process, match and record purchase invoices with accuracy
Resolve supplier queries quickly and professionally
Maintain supplier accounts through regular statement reviews and reconciliations
Oversee weekly BACS runs and handle any ad hoc/overseas payments
Complete month-end ledger tasks to tight deadlines
Keep suppliers informed with clear, timely communication
Prepare and issue customer invoices in line with agreed processes
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account information
Monitor outstanding balances and manage debtor follow-ups
Complete monthly reconciliations
Assist with weekly payment/receipt forecasts for the 13‑week cashflow
Update and maintain cost schedules across the business
Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
Accurately record and manage petty cash
Provide general administrative support
Assist the Group Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks
