Finance Assistant

• Drive Efficient Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and credit notes using Jobpac, manage EFT payments, and maintain accurate vendor information and compliance
• Manage Accounts Receivable Effectively: Generate and issue progress claims and invoices, accurately allocate incoming payments, proactively track aged receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments with project teams, escalating risks to the Finance Manager
• Provide Key Finance Administration Support: Reconcile supplier statements, assist with month-end reporting tasks, handle data entry and document management, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our AR/AP workflows
• Support Our Financial Systems: Utilize Jobpac for precise record-keeping, identify and resolve system issues promptly, and liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure process consistency

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounts-related position is preferred
• While construction industry experience or Jobpac knowledge is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, take initiative, and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
