Temporary Finance Assistant role for a detail-driven individual who loves keeping things organised and running smoothly. The position involves working with sales and purchase ledgers in a dynamic and friendly team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Running sales and purchase orders through internal accounting system and pulling them into Sage
Managing all sales & purchase ledger statements from general inbox
Getting invoices authorised and processed
Performing supplier statement reconciliations twice a month
Chasing up missing invoices
Assisting with other finance or admin tasks when needed
Requirements:
Solid sales & purchase ledger experience
Good accounts knowledge
Quietly confident and down to earth
Takes pride in their work
Common-sense superstar who enjoys owning their tasks
Team player
