Finance Assistant

• Work alongside the Cluster Financial Controller and Heads of Department to develop the overall business strategy and ensure effective control procedures are in place
• Income audit, including daily banking, credit cards & revenue reconciliations
• Processing supplier invoices, including Brand affiliate invoice & supplier payment runs
• Petty cash reclaims
• Control of accounts receivable and recording receipts
• Balance sheet reconciliations for some control accounts
• Assist other departments, wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships within the whole hotel
• Supporting with internal and external audit requests
• Ad-hoc duties as requested by CFC or management

• Proficiency in Microsoft packages, excel is essential
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
• Time management skills and being capable of working to tight deadlines
• Communication and collaboration skills
