Job Description:

Looking for a finance role that fits around your life? If you're an experienced Finance Assistant who loves variety and thrives on accuracy, we want to hear from you! You'll work closely with the CFO and the Business Accountant, supporting key financial processes and ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Manage invoicing for product dispatches and projects
Maintain and reconcile ledgers, produce statements, and monitor payments
Process purchase invoices, resolve supplier queries, and prepare payment runs
Handle bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, and expense processing
Support payroll preparation and month-end reporting
Contribute to accurate management accounts and financial analysis

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar finance role
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance/ERP systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Nice to have:

Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
Knowledge of foreign currencies and inventory control
