We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Basingstoke. Our client has recently expanded with a second site, and we need a dedicated professional to help manage our accounts processes effectively while contributing to our vibrant office environment.

Job Responsibility:

Creating and maintaining accounts processes using Xero
Assisting with various office and reception duties as needed
Collaborating with a small team while also being able to work independently

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts, particularly with Xero
A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Strong communication skills to foster a positive team environment
Good IT proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems
