We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client's team in Burgess Hill to make a difference in the education sector.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
Processing invoices, expense claims, and payments efficiently
Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
Supporting the preparation of financial reports and budgets
Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Assisting with audits and compliance checks as needed
Requirements:
A positive attitude and a passion for finance
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus
