Finance Assistant

• Conduct daily revenue audits, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in line with company standards
• Reconcile reported revenue against actual income and investigate discrepancies or irregularities
• Implement corrective actions and strengthen controls to prevent recurrence
• Monitor costs, analyse variances, and drive cost control initiatives to optimise expenses
• Maintain supplier data, pricing, and product specifications in Adaco
• onboard new suppliers
• Train hotel teams on Adaco usage and review system reports for purchasing and inventory accuracy
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Collaborate across departments to gather and validate financial data
• Review and update SOPs to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, statement checks, and supplier queries
• Oversee the accounts inbox and petty cash processes
• Support month-end/year-end close and audit preparation.

• Proven Experience as a Finance Assistant, preferably in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Opera PMS, Sun system and Adaco is desirable
• Good knowledge and experience of MS Office applications including Excel
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in financial records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, this role requires collaboration with colleagues from various departments
