We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and highly regarded Destination Management Company specialising in UK & Ireland inbound travel, leisure group tours, and MICE events. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to take ownership of the Spainish and LATAM markets, driving growth, building strong partnerships, and expanding market presence across Spanish-speaking regions. Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00. Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home post-probation). Regular travel to Spain & LATAM required. Flexibility for occasional events and client engagements.
Job Responsibility:
Driving revenue growth across Spain & LATAM markets
Identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities
Building and managing a strong pipeline of leisure, corporate, and MICE clients
Developing long-term relationships with tour operators, agencies, and event planners
Leading client presentations, sales calls, and negotiations
Representing the business at international trade shows and industry events
Undertaking regular overseas travel to strengthen market presence
Tracking performance, managing CRM activity, and delivering accurate reporting and forecasts
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience within travel, hospitality, or inbound tourism
Proven success within leisure groups, MICE, or DMC/tour operator environments
Strong network across Spain and LATAM markets
Fluent in Spanish and English
Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident communicator with strong presentation ability
Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused
