Finance Assistant – Be Part of a Global Logistics Powerhouse! Immediate start (Monday 15th June) Milton Keynes based £16-£18ph (inside IR35) 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm 4 days office, 1 day working from home Are you a numbers whiz with a keen eye for detail? Job Responsibility

  • Accurately process invoices, reconcile credit cards, and review financial transactions
  • Keep their databases up-to-date and ensure all records are spot-on
  • Communicate confidently with suppliers to verify and resolve queries
  • Spot discrepancies, flag issues, and help keep their finances running smoothly
  • Support the wider finance team with data entry, reporting, and admin tasks

Requirements

  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Good communicator who can confidently liaise with suppliers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is your playground!)
  • Positive team player ready to roll up your sleeves

Nice to have

  • Experience with invoice systems like Xero, Dext, SAP, Sage, or similar
  • Previous finance or admin support experience
  • Ability to create simple reports and summaries
