• Process payments to clients and third-party contractors, maintaining smooth financial operations
• Tackle rent arrears with confidence, communicating effectively with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
• Handle deposit allocations and returns with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Maintain impeccable records through diligent filing, general admin, and month-end processes
• Support the team with various administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Conduct credit and referencing checks for prospective tenants, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.

• Proven experience in accounts or finance, with a track record of accuracy and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, solving problems proactively
• Experience with Sage Line 50 is a plus, though not essential.
