Job Description:

Detail-driven Finance Assistant role for someone who loves keeping things organised and running smoothly. Join a dynamic and friendly team in a temporary position.

Job Responsibility:

Running sales and purchase orders through internal accounting system and pulling them into Sage
Managing all sales & purchase ledger statements from general inbox
Getting invoices authorised and processed
Performing supplier statement reconciliations twice a month
Chasing up missing invoices
Assisting with other finance or admin tasks when needed

Requirements:

Solid sales & purchase ledger experience
Good accounts knowledge
Quietly confident, down to earth personality
Takes pride in their work
Common-sense approach
Team player
Happy to help out wherever needed
