To help us achieve our ongoing global ambitions, we require an organised, collaborative, and energetic Finance Assistant to join our APAC Finance Team. The successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, organised with strong multitasking abilities and collaborative. Across their work they will continually ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks. This role will be based in our Malaysia, KL office and primarily support our Singapore business.

Job Responsibility

  • Accounts payable, including data entry, preparation of payment runs, supplier queries, collections insurances
  • Accounts receivable, including draft invoices, data entry and cash receipting
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Processing Expense claims
  • Cashbook
  • Other adhoc Finance/Accounts related tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience of accounts related duties within a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Familiar with providing a range of administrative support to a high standard, and on a pro-active basis
  • Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comfortable with the technical understanding and attention to detail it takes to work effectively as part of a Finance Team
  • Highly organised
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Can work to tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
