We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join a busy office team. This full-time role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Responsibility:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Managing credit control and banking processes
Completing monthly reconciliations
Handling petty cash and company card transactions
Supporting month-end and year-end procedures
Coordinating orders and liaising with suppliers
Maintaining financial records and databases
Producing documents and reports as required
Requirements:
Previous finance experience is essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
