Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an experienced Finance Assistant. In this role, you will manage key accounting functions including bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliations, crypto and multi-currency journal postings, and monthly revenue analysis. You'll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy across fiat and crypto accounts, leveraging advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills to handle large datasets, support VAT reporting, and deliver detailed cost and revenue insights.

Job Responsibility:

Balance-sheet control accounts reconciliation
Book-Keeping
Debtors and Revenue tracker updates
Posting journals for crypto reconciliations with gain/loss adjustments
Experience dealing with multiple currencies
Understanding of Crypto assets & revaluations
Reconciliation of Crypto & Fiat Accounts
Experience with prepayments, accruals and commonly used accounting concepts
Updating/Loading/Processing large data into Gsheets/Excel Files
Gsheets/excel – Advanced Proficiency (Formulas, Other Functions etc.)
Cost Break-down Analysis
Monthly Revenue Analysis
Assist in UK VAT report preparation

Requirements:

CA/ACCA/CPA qualified
4-6 Years of related practical experience in Accounting & Finance
Excellent English Skills (Written and Spoken)
Experience working in UK Companies
Experience working with accounting Software
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
Cryptocurrency hands-on Experience
Must be able to work UK hours

Nice to have:

Experience in finance/marketing as assistant
Dealing with the invoices/agreements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
