Job Description:

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and analytical support for a leasing team, focusing on the full lifecycle of a lease agreement. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing all lease documentation and ensuring data is accurately updated in internal systems. A crucial part of the role is preparing a variety of detailed reports, such as weekly and monthly leasing activity reports, tenant sales reports, and management reports, and assisting with the analysis of sales and traffic performance to maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and analytical support for a leasing team
  • Focusing on the full lifecycle of a lease agreement
  • Preparing and processing all lease documentation

Requirements:
