Job Description:

A holistic role perfect for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety—managing the full spectrum of financial accounts while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a dual role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records (Full Sets) and tax compliance, while also overseeing general office administration to create a conducive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Full Set Accounting (AR, AP, GL)
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
  • Manage invoicing process and supplier payments
  • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll and staff expense claims
  • Handle end-to-end preparation of Corporate Income Tax, Deferred Tax, and Indirect Tax filings
  • Coordinate for yearly final audited accounts
  • Maintain systematic filing system
  • Oversee general upkeep of the office
  • Manage office supplies and procurement
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Assist in coordinating company events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Accounting and Tax
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with finance software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or e-Perolehan is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Team player with a positive attitude
