Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst for the INTL Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team based in Hyderabad, India. The role requires expertise in financial research, reporting, forecasting, and collaboration with global teams to deliver on strategic priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting
Provide financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Research moderate to complex financial data for decision-making
Create and communicate product pricing and portfolio performance reports
Guide key metrics forecasting and validation
Support monthly and quarterly forecasting
Develop reporting that meets brand and control standards
Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues

Requirements:

2+ years of Finance experience
Financial Services business finance reporting exposure
FP&A Central / consolidation exposure for multiple regions/business
Progressive track record of management reporting experience
Familiarity with geographical diverse team operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings
Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Automation/Simplification exposure such as Alteryx, Power BI
Hyperion (Essbase) skills

Nice to have:

Essbase and Management ledger experience
Understanding and management of complex regional management reporting
Expertise in Monthly Management reporting, weekly and daily revenue reports
Enhance Direct Cost Reporting and Forecasting
Experience providing detailed variance analysis
Familiarity with processes and infrastructure controls
Ability to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo's policies
