Job Description:

The successful candidate will join APJ Supply Chain team and will be responsible for looking at areas of opportunities in process automation, building business/data analytics and visualization to enhance and improve business presentation for Logistics Finance team.

Job Responsibility:

automate recurring and standardized finance processes
using visualization tools eg Power BI, reporting, presentation
building KPI dashboard
improve on utilization SQL Hyperion in supporting day-to-day Logistics Finance processes
recommend areas for improvement on recurring and opportunities to standardize MEC processes
provide support to seniors on sharpen business data analytics skills with utilization of automation skills, contributing to annual time savings for the department
hands-on MEC activities and deliverables

Requirements:

First level university degree with a focus in business/data analytics or finance or economics recommended or equivalent experience
Typically 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
Good understanding of business analytics and its tools
Good in conversion from university studies learning applying to actual working environment
Capable in utilizing business application skills (e.g., Python, Power BI, Visualization tool)
Good communication and influencing skills
Good teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with team members
