Job Description:

Currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to lead financial analysis at a global technology company. A leading global technology company with a strong presence in Japan. They offer a collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth. This role is responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic decision-making. It involves working closely with senior management and other finance professionals to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. This is a key position that supports the company's financial planning and analysis processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the preparation of financial reports and analyses
Develop and maintain financial models
Analyze financial data and identify trends
Support the budgeting and forecasting process
Contribute to strategic financial planning
Collaborate with other finance professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Business level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Nice to have:

CPA or similar professional certification
Experience working in a multinational corporation
Strong understanding of Japanese accounting standards
